The Campaign Reports section allows you to view detailed information about all campaigns sent through the system. It provides insights into the performance of each campaign, including various statuses and metrics.
How to Access the Campaign Reports #
- Navigate to the Menu: In the main interface, click on the Menu.
- Select Reports: From the dropdown, choose Reports.
- Choose Campaign Reports: In the report section, select Campaign Reports to view all campaigns that have been sent.
Viewing Campaign Details #
To view a detailed report of a specific campaign:
- In the Campaign Reports section, locate the campaign you want to analyze.
- In the Action tab for that campaign, click on the graph bars icon.
- This will redirect you to the Overview Page where you can see a comprehensive report of the selected campaign.
Report Statuses #
On the Overview Page, you will see various report statuses that give you a snapshot of the campaign’s performance. These include:
- Sent: The total number of messages sent in the campaign.
- Delivered: The number of messages successfully delivered to recipients.
- Failed: The number of messages that could not be delivered.
- Accepted: The number of messages accepted by the network.
- Rejected: The number of messages that were rejected.
- Undelivered: The number of messages that could not be delivered after multiple attempts.
These statuses help you track the effectiveness of your campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future messaging strategies.
