Managing your contacts is an essential part of organizing your communication. Follow this guide to add, edit, or delete contacts effectively.
Step 1: Access the Contacts Menu #
- Navigate to the Contacts section on the menu.
- Select the desired contact group where you want to manage contacts.
Step 2: Add a New Contact #
- Inside the contact group, click on Add New.
- Enter the contact’s phone number, including the country code (e.g., +255123456789).
- Optionally, you can provide the contact’s first and last name, but only the phone number is required.
- Click Save to add the contact to the group.
Step 3: Manage Contact Settings #
- Use the Subscribe button to mute or unmute a contact’s status.
Step 4: Perform Actions on Contacts #
In the Action section next to a contact, you have the following options:
- Send Quick Message: Send a message directly to the contact.
- Edit: Modify the contact’s details, such as name or phone number.
- Delete: Remove the contact from the group.
